Giving Back to the Community
We are always working to better Dominical and help the people in the community in anyway we can. We organize beach cleanups, kids surf events, town beautification projects and help individual families. Anything you donate goes directly back into the community and a portion of our Real Estate commissions go directly to funding more of these projects. Our Owner and Dominical Celebrity Pepe "Spicy Life" Lopez is a Tico and has been living in Dominical his whole life so he hears and sees what the community actually needs and we do our best to create projects to address those needs. We organize lots of different fun events for underserved kids, we are building a community technology education center for kids in Dominicalito, we add trash cans and extend pick up routes to keep our beautiful town clean and we are always striving to solve problems in our community to make this a better place to live for everyone.
